DISTRIBUTION OF REFUNDABLE & CAUTION DEPOSITS 2007 – 2011 BATCH
General Instructions : -
1. Schedule of distribution of refundable deposits : -

2. Students should submit the original receipts of refundable deposits.
3. The refundable deposit amount will be paid directly to the bank on behalf of students who availed loan.
4. The payment will be made to the student or parent only by Crossed Cheque.
5. A declaration signed by both Parent and student should be submitted. The format of declaration is available below.
6. All students should follow the scheduled dates to avoid rush.
7. Students should surrender their identity cards.
8. If any student is not in a position to come personally the refund will be made to the authorized person. A proper authorization letter from the student along with the above mentioned documents should be submitted.
